This Privacy Policy explains how VDTeam ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use any of our mobile applications (each an "App", together the "Services"). By using our Apps, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Some sections below may not apply to every App. Each App only collects the information it needs for the features it offers.

Content you create or submit in the App, such as text, messages, notes, images, or feedback.
Information you give when you contact us, such as your email address and message.
Account information, if an App offers sign-in (for example, a name or email from a third-party sign-in provider).

Information collected automatically

Device information, such as device model, operating system version, language, and app version.
Usage data, such as the features you use, screens you visit, and session length.
Diagnostic data, such as crash reports and performance logs.
Identifiers, such as an app instance ID or the advertising ID provided by your device.
Approximate location derived from your IP address (country or region level). We do not collect precise GPS location unless an App clearly asks for it.

Device permissions

Some Apps may ask for access to features on your device, such as the camera, photos, microphone, or notifications. We only ask for these when a feature needs them, and you can allow or deny access at any time in your device settings. Files you access through these permissions stay on your device unless you choose to use a feature that needs to upload them.

Purchases

In-app purchases and subscriptions are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details. We only receive information needed to confirm your purchase and unlock the content you bought.

2. How We Use Information

To provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features.
To save your preferences and in-app progress.
To process purchases and restore them when needed.
To send notifications you have agreed to receive.
To show advertising, including personalized ads where permitted.
To understand how the App is used, and to fix bugs and crashes.
To respond to your questions and support requests.
To prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-Party Services

Our Apps may use trusted third-party services that collect information on their own behalf, according to their own privacy policies. Depending on the App, these may include:

Google Play Services and Firebase (analytics, crash reporting, remote configuration, messaging)
Advertising networks, such as Google AdMob and its mediation partners
Attribution and measurement tools
Sign-in providers, such as Google or Facebook
Cloud or AI service providers used to deliver App features

4. Advertising

Some Apps are free and supported by ads. Ad providers may use your device's advertising ID and similar technologies to show ads and measure their performance. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings. Where required by law, we will ask for your consent before showing personalized ads.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only:

With service providers that help us operate the Apps, as described above.
When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our users or others.
As part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply.
With your consent.

6. Data Retention

We keep information only for as long as needed to provide the Services and for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law. Data stored only on your device is removed when you uninstall the App.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you.
Ask us to correct or delete your information.
Object to or limit certain uses of your information.
Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.

You can also turn off permissions and notifications in your device settings, opt out of personalized ads, or uninstall the App at any time. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it. Some Apps may have a higher minimum age, as shown in their store listing.

10. International Transfers

Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country. When this happens, we take steps to make sure it stays protected as described in this policy.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Apps after changes means you accept the updated policy.
